Orders are processed and dispatched within 24 hours from our European distribution centres.

Expected delivery times are as follows:
1-2 Days: Germany, Netherlands, Belgium, Luxembourg.
2-3 Days: France, UK, Austria, Switzerland, Czech, Denmark, Slovenia.
3-4 days: Sweden, Spain, Italy, Ireland, Croatia.
4-5 days: Portugal, Latvia, Finland et al.
5-10 days: Iceland.
7-10 days: United States.

Note: delivery times are based on working days (Monday-Friday).

For shipments to the UK, all taxes and charges are prepaid by Koanna and included in the price paid at checkout. For other international shipments, customs duties are not included in the price.
